All materials used in jewelry production are natural, renewable, recycled or certified eco-friendly.


All materials used in corporate print advertising, packaging and other business activities are as local and sustainable as possible, recycled, recyclable or renewable.


Madjoi will evaluate its carbon footprint, review it annually and publish it on its communication channels.


Madjoi undertakes to donate 10% of the purchase value, before taxes, of each work sold, to non-governmental associations that defend the environment, understood as the set of materials and species, plants or animals, that make up the Earth, including the human.


Our customers will be able to choose, at the time of purchase, either online or through our retail partners, which non-governmental association they want 50% of the donation to go to.


We will periodically publish in our corporate communication channels which associations have received donations from Madjoi and the amounts received by each of them.


We ensure our suppliers are local and follow best environmental practices.


All Madjoi jewelry is exclusive and handmade by our expert artisans, who are appropriately compensated.


We offer our clients optional annual insurance that will cover the technical repair service of the work in the event of an accident, damage, breakage or annual maintenance, if requested.


Customers who wish to do so have the opportunity to personalize their jewelry and participate in the creative process:

- They will be able to choose, at madjoi.store (the Madjoi Jewelry Online Store), the materials, colors, resin tears and other elements with which your jewelry will be constructed.

- They will also be able to communicate the symbolism that they want to serve as inspiration, through texts or images (drawings, photographs, videos). Next, the jewel will be designed by the Art Team and made by its artisans.
